Forest onion (Eleutherine palmifolia (L.) Merr.) is one of the plants commonly used by community as traditional medicine. This plant can cure diseases such diabetes mellitus, hypertension, prevent stroke and lower cholesterol. onions are known to contain compounds flavonoids, phenolics, tannins, saponins. study aims determine levels flavonoid in forest leek extract. Samples were extracted using maceration method with 70% ethanol solvent. Determination a UV-VIS spectrophotometer at wavelength 432.5 nm quercetin comparison (QE). The results this showed leeks 27.203 mg/100g±0,348.
